2. Overview

This is a static information website. It has no user accounts, contact forms, newsletter, comments, tracking or advertising, and it sets no cookies. All fonts, images and videos are served from our own web server; nothing is embedded from Google, Meta, YouTube or other third parties.

3. Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you open a page, the web server records the following data in its log files as a technical necessity: IP address, date and time, the page or file requested, the amount of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system and the referring page.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the site and the prevention of attacks. The host deletes the logs according to its retention schedule. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.

4. Local storage in your browser

The site stores only your language choice (German or English) in your browser's local storage once you use the language switch. This is required to display the site as you requested, contains no personal data and is never transmitted to us. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

5. Videos and images

Background videos and images are hosted on our own server. Loading them generates only the server data described in section 3.

6. Links to external sites

The site links to external services, among them LinkedIn, ORCID, Google Scholar, ResearchGate, Anhalt University, TU Munich, Cavorit GmbH, DataCards, thebauhauscode.com and publisher or DOI pages. When you follow a link you leave this website; the operators of the linked sites are solely responsible for their data processing. No data is sent to these providers before you click.

7. Contact by email

If you write to us by email, we process your details to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed, subject to statutory retention duties.
